How can strategic communications move beyond awareness to drive real change? This session explores how strategic communications and integrated marketing campaigns can shift dominant narratives and mobilize communities around complex social challenges. Through a case study of a multilingual public education campaign, we’ll examine how communications strategies, cross-sector partnerships, and culturally responsive outreach engaged diverse communities to reduce stigma and inspire collective action. Attendees will gain practical insights on designing communications strategies that move audiences going beyond messaging to action.
